All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in SAR and may be shown in other currencies for reference. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT (15%) as required by Saudi Arabian law.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe.
• We accept major credit/debit cards processed securely by Stripe.
• An order confirmation email will be sent to you after purchase.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock unavailability).

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Domestic (Saudi Arabia): 2–5 business days.
• GCC Countries: 5–10 business days.
• International: 10–21 business days depending on destination.
• Free shipping on orders above 300 SAR within Saudi Arabia.
• Qutuf Al Madina is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept returns or issue refunds only in cases where:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• An incorrect item was delivered.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@qutufalmadina.com with photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Qutuf Al Madina and is protected under Saudi and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
