Salama Bakheet Al Nazzawi was born and raised in the holy city of Madinah, Saudi Arabia, where his family's heritage in date farming spans multiple generations. Growing up in an agricultural family, he learned the traditional art and science of cultivating premium dates directly from his grandfather and father, making date farming a deeply rooted part of the Al Nazzawi family's legacy and identity. Driven by a passion for both tradition and innovation,

Salama pursued his higher education in Civil Engineering at the University of Jeddah. His engineering background has provided him with a strong technical foundation, enabling him to combine modern infrastructure knowledge with sustainable agricultural practices. Alongside his agricultural interests, Salama has successfully managed and developed several business ventures, including laboratory services and property management, giving him extensive experience in business leadership, strategic planning, operations, and quality management. Having spent his life in Madinah, Salama possesses a deep understanding of the region's agricultural environment, particularly the challenges surrounding water resources and sustainable farming.

He is passionate about identifying innovative and environmentally responsible solutions that help preserve Madinah's rich agricultural heritage while meeting the growing demand for premium-quality dates. As the Chief Executive Officer of Qutuf Al Madina Dates Factory and Qutuf Farms, Mudabbir is responsible for driving the company's global vision, positioning it as a leading producer and exporter of premium organic dates.
